Note: This program is ideal for qualified health and wellness professionals and personal trainers. You’ll need to have your own contracts, agreements and disclaimers in place, as well as liability insurance (and any other insurance coverage that is required by law where you practice). Can I brand this as my own?
Absolutely! You can edit everything as you like and add your own personality to the program. There is NO copyright information on the material (The terms and conditions agreement explains the specifics). My goal is to have this program be about YOUR branding, not mine.
How much content is in each session?
Each session has between 8-25 slides of content and each session ends with suggested actionable steps or “to-do’s”.
Does this program address a certain dietary style or theory?
This program does not address any one dietary theory but it does address having clients tune in to how foods make them feel, which allows them to gravitate toward what works best for their unique needs.
Can I use this content for an online program?
Definitely! The content is perfect to use as an online format and I have used some of the content for my own online coaching program. My clients loved it!
Why are there 12 sessions?
The 12 sessions cover a variety of common topics that clients need help with. A typical coaching schedule would involve 2 sessions per month, so you would have enough content for 6 months of coaching.
Where do I do the coaching?
That’s the beauty of this program – you have total flexibility. You can do your coaching sessions over the phone or Skype or any location that works for you and your clients.
Is this a weight-loss centered program?
The main focus of the program is getting back to basics with healthy eating and lifestyle suggestions clients can live with forever. This program is general in nature, but it does have several references to weight loss. The content can be edited, so any parts you don’t want to include can be changed.
Are recipes included?
Since coaches have different dietary approaches, there are no recipes included. I send my clients recipes from other sources. This program does not provide any meal plans. Since everyone has different preferences and eating styles, it’s best to refer clients to online meal planning programs (like emeals.com, ziplist.com or thefresh20.com etc.) if they want meal plans. Depending on the laws in your area, you may or may not be able to provide meal plans, so this program does not include them. The topic of “menu planning” is addressed in one of the sessions, but clients are given tools that they can use to plan their own meals.
Is this a certification program?
No. This is an actual program you use with clients that comes complete with the content you send to your client for each session.
How soon will I receive my program?
Is ‘right away’ soon enough? Once your payment is processed, look for an email from me with all of the program files. You’ll be ready to go!
