What kind of recipes are included in the 60 Quick and Easy Whole Food Recipe Guide?

All recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free (most are also soy-free).  The recipe guide includes protein sources from chicken, fish, beef and tofu.

There are 40 recipes that are vegetarian, and 30 that are vegan.

**NOTE: This is not a vegan or vegetarian-only guide since there are animal protein sources included. Some recipes contain grains and legumes. All recipes can be edited. **

Here is a breakdown of the number of recipes in each category:

Sweeteners that are included in a few recipes are maple syrup or raw honey. There are no refined sugars (except one dessert recipe that calls for chocolate chips).

Yes! You can customize any of the recipes if you would like. There is one version with calories and macronutrients, and one without, so if you change ingredients, you’ll want to use the version that does not include macros/calories (since any changes you make will affect the data).

Are the recipes in metric measurement too?

The recipes are in standard (U.S.) measurement only.

Does each recipe include a photo?

In order to keep the cost of this guide to a minimum, photos of recipes are not included. There is a beautiful photo for each recipe category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dessert). You are very welcome to add photos if you choose.

Can I sell this guide?
